Vision
Bhasmas & Rasayanas are our own ancient medicinal preparations. Our medicinal formulations most of the time are made from minerals & even from poisonous plants. But when the preparatory techniques are keenly followed, these minerals and even poisons miraculously become life saving medicines. With careful processing, they are not hazardous at all. The department of Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana deals with the preparatory techniques of all such medicines. Not only these, but whole lot of other kinds medicines like the Churna, tablets, medicated oils and many more are also prepared under this department.
Mission
Here, at Dr. Rajendra Gode Ayurved College, Hospital and Research Center, we have accepted this mountainous task to achieve safety and efficacy of all the medicines we prepare. In today's day and age of technology and AI, we need to work on preparatory techniques, use modern technology & emerge as a new parallel and scientifically accepted medicinal treatment system for the entire world.
This department embraces the opportunity to teach and pass on this legacy of medicine preparation to the students. So they can go on to take this ancient science of India in front of entire world and represent it as a safe, effective, natural and organic system of medicine.
